Bonuses and Promotions at Vegashero Casino

We run bonuses with published numbers, not vague promises. On this page you will find the full terms of every active offer, including wagering, expiry and cashout limits.

Our Welcome Bonus Package

New players who deposit £20 or more and enter the code HERO100 receive a 100% match up to £600 plus 250 free spins. The wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount, and the maximum cashout from this offer is 4,500 GBP. You have 14 days to complete wagering before the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.

Weekly Promotions We Run

Beyond the first deposit, our promotions calendar runs on a weekly cycle. Every offer lists its own qualifying deposit and wagering in the cashier at the time you opt in, so check the terms there before playing.

Four recurring promotions make up the calendar: a weekly reload bonus for returning depositors, cashback credited every Friday, free spins released across the weekend, and scheduled slot tournaments with prize pools based on leaderboard position.

• Weekly reload bonus on your returning deposit
• Friday cashback credited directly to your balance
• Weekend free spins on selected slots
• Slot tournaments with leaderboard prizes

VIP Programme With Five Tiers

We operate a 5-tier VIP programme. Your tier depends on your playing volume, and each tier increases the value of the perks attached to your account.

The benefits scale as follows: cashback percentages rise with tier, higher tiers receive a personal account manager, exclusive bonuses not available on the public calendar, and faster withdrawal processing. If you think you qualify and have not been contacted, message our support team and we will review your account.

How to Claim Your Bonus

Claiming takes a few minutes from registration to funds in play. Follow these steps in order.

• Register an account and verify your email address
• Deposit at least £20 using Visa Debit, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller or another listed method
• Enter the promo code HERO100 in the cashier before the deposit is processed
• Accept the bonus when prompted so funds and free spins are credited
• Open the qualifying games and begin wagering within the 14-day validity window

How the 35x Wagering Works

Wagering means the total amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Our requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not your deposit.

Here is a worked example with real numbers. You deposit £100 and receive a £100 bonus, so the wagering target is £100 × 35 = £3,500 in bets. Once you have placed £3,500 in wagers on qualifying games, the bonus and winnings convert to real money, capped at the 4,500 GBP maximum cashout. If you deposit £20 and take the full £600 match, the target is the same calculation on whatever bonus you actually receive.

Key Bonus Terms to Know

These restrictions apply to our welcome bonus unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Read them before you opt in, because breaching a term voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

Expiry is 14 days from the moment the bonus is credited, and the maximum win from the welcome offer is 4,500 GBP regardless of how much you wager.

• Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount
• Bonus validity: 14 days
• Maximum cashout: 4,500 GBP
• Minimum qualifying deposit: £20
• Game contribution: slots contribute 100%; table and live games contribute less, as shown in each bonus's contribution table in the cashier
• While a bonus is active, do not exceed the maximum bet per round stated in the bonus terms, or wagering progress is voided

Do You Need a Promo Code

Yes, the welcome bonus requires the code HERO100, entered in the cashier before your first qualifying deposit. Without it the 100% match and the 250 free spins will not be credited, and our support team cannot apply it retroactively.

Our ongoing promotions generally do not require codes. You opt in directly from the promotions page, and Friday cashback is credited automatically to eligible accounts. If a code is ever introduced for a weekly offer, it will be shown on that promotion's terms panel.
